Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Free from stains, odors, makeup, alterations, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with the special “No Return if Tag Is Removed” tag fully attached and untampered with
Items with the special return tag removed, cut, altered, or damaged are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. The same 7-day timeframe, condition requirements, and tag policy apply to all exchanges.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
